ROBERT L. HIATT is the Company’s Chief Financial Officer as of April, 2023. Previously Mr. Hiatt has served as Chief Financial Officer of a public wholesale mortgage company and a private financial services company.

CARLOS CASTILLEJA currently serves as Executive Vice President for Region Americas at Elekta, a global leader in precision radiation medicine that builds hope for everyone dealing with cancer. Carlos has held sereral leadership positions at Elekta last 16 years.

CRAIG K. TAGAWA has been CEO of GK Financing since 1995. Mr. Tagawa is the former Chair of the Industrial Policy Advisory Committee of the Engineering Research Center for Computer-Integrated Surgical Systems and Technology at The Johns Hopkins University.

ERNEST R. BATES is Vice President of International Sales and Marketing effective May 3, 2022. He joined the Company in January 2007 as Vice President of Sales and Business Development. He was on the Board of Directors of the Company from 2004 through February 2007.

PETER GACCIONE serves as President and COO of GK Financing and has over 40 years of experience in the global Radiation Oncology and Imaging business. Most recently, he served as President and a Member of the Executive Management Board of Myocardial Solutions Inc.

RANJIT PRADHAN is Vice President of Customer Advocacy and Global Marketing effective February 2024. Ranjit has 30 years of experience in Healthcare in a variety of roles that span product management, marketing, technology and general management.

RAYMOND C. STACHOWIAK is the company’s Executive Chairman as of March 2023. He has served as CEO since October 2020 and earlier served as Interim President and CEO from May 2020. He joined the board in 2009.

TIMOTHY J. KEEL currently serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He joined the Company in May of 2022 and has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare finance sector.
